环形混合痔患者术中局部水肿的预防措施探讨

Discuss the Local Swelling Prevention Measures in the Process of Circular Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的:探讨环形混合痔患者术中预防措施对减轻术后肛周水肿效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年6月行混合痔内扎外剥术患者100例的临床资料,其中术中接受系统预防措施处理患者50例(观察组),未接受系统预防措施处理患者50例(对照组);观察对比两组术后肛周水肿和切口疼痛情况。结果:观察组患者术后第3、7、10天的肛周水肿程度和切口疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中操作时给予合理的预防措施可明显的减轻术后肛周水肿的程度,提高患者术后的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of intraoperative preventive measures to reduce postoperative anus swelling in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid.Method：To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 100 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid proceed internal plunge outer peel surgery from January 2011 to June 2013,50 cases of the observation group received systematic intraoperative prevention measures,50 cases of the control group did not received systematic preventive measures.To observe and compare the postoperative anus edema and incision pain of two groups.Result：Postoperative 3, 7,10 day,the anus edema degree and incision pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Intraoperative reasonable prevention measures can obviously reduce postoperative anus swelling degree,improve the postoperative life quality of patients.
