硝苯地平缓释片对妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Nifedipine for Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy

目的:研究探讨硝苯地平缓释片治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效,为今后的临床工作提供参考价值。方法:将2012年8月-2013年3月笔者所在医院收治的60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组单纯予以静滴硫酸镁治疗,观察组在此基础上加服硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后产后出血、胎盘早剥、胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息等并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平缓释片用于妊娠期高血压疾病疗效确切,值得在临床上进一步的推广应用。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,to provide clinical work for future reference.Method：60 cases of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy from August 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases） and control group were treated with intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate,the observation group on the basis of control group added nifedipine treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Result：The total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group, significantly higher than 76.67%in the control group,the difference between two groups was significant（P＆lt;0.05）.The postpartum hemorrhage,placental abruption, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia and other complications for patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of nifedipine for gestational hypertension is sure,it is worth further promotion in clinical applications.
