摘要
目的:通过检测15-PGDH、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在胃癌组织中的表达水平,探讨15-PGDH、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在胃癌形成过程中的可能作用机制。方法:应用免疫组法研究165例胃癌组织和87例正常胃黏膜15-PGDH、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达。结果:胃癌组织15-PGDH、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的阳性表达率分别为13.94%(23/165)和78.18%(129/165)。正常胃黏膜15-PGDH、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的阳性表达率分别为63.22%(55/87)、25.29%(22/87);胃癌组织15-PGDH、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),其中COX-2的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),15-PGDH的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:15-PGDH、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达与胃癌的生物学行为显著相关性,15-PGDH和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达可作为了解胃癌组织的浸润转移能力及预后判定的指标。
Objective:To detection the 15-PGDH,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression in gastric cancer tissues,15-PGDH,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in the process of gastric cancer formation mechanism.Method:Immunohistochemical method in 165 cases of gastric carcinoma and 87 cases of normal gastric mucosa 15-PGDH,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression.Result:The gastric cancer 15-PGDH,cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) positive expression rate was 13.94%(23/165) and 78.18%(129/165).Normal gastric mucosa 15-PGDH,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) positive expression rate was 63.22%(55/87),25.29%(22/87);15-PGDH in gastric cancer,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression and the degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05),the positive expression of COX-2 related(P〈0.05),inversely correlated with 15-PGDH expression(P〈0.05).Conclusion:15-PGDH,cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression and the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma are significantly correlated,15-PGDH and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression in gastric cancer tissue infiltration determining to metastasis and prognosis.
