护士工作量化与质量考核在管理中的实践应用

Practice Nurses Work Quantity and Quality Assessment in the Management

目的:分析护士工作量化与加强质量考核在护理管理中的应用效果。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院的4个病区作为研究对象,均在护理管理中实施护理工作量化并加强质量考核,并与实施前的护理内容各指标情况、患者满意率和差错发生情况相比较。结果:实施后,护理内容各指标的评分值与患者的满意率均明显提高,年度护理差错发生量下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护士工作量化与加强质量考核利于护理管理水平的提升,值得在临床护理工作中推广。

Objective： Quantitative analysis of nurse work and strengthen the quality inspection in the application of nursin＇s management.Method ： Four randomly selected from the author＇s hospital ward as the research object, both quantitative and implementation of the nursing work in the nursing management to strengthen quality inspection, and before carrying out the care content of each index is compared, patient satisfaction, and mistake occurrence.Result： After implementation, the index score value of nursing content and the satisfaction of patients were significantly improved, the nursing error number decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nurses work quantization and strengthen quality assessment for nursing management level, worthy of promotion in clinical nursing work.
