健康教育处方在白内障手术中的应用

Application of Health Education Prescription in Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨健康教育处方在白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年7月-2013年7月笔者所在医院收治的82例白内障手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(41例)和试验组(41例),两组患者均给予常规护理、治疗,试验组患者在常规护理、治疗的同时,向患者发放术前、术后健康教育处方,并反复进行宣教,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者术后1 d的视力恢复情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7、30 d,试验组患者的视力恢复情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对护理工作的满意度为97.6%(41/42),对照组为87.8%(36/41),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于白内障手术患者,发放健康教育处方有助于恢复患者视力,提高治疗效果及护理满意度,适宜推广应用。

Objective：To investigate application results of the health education prescription for cataract surgery patients.Method：82 cases of cataract surgery patients as research subjects in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were randomly divided into control group（41 cases） and experimental group（41 cases）.The patients in both groups received routine care,treatment,patients in the experimental group,while routine care treatment,payment to the patient before surgery,health education prescription and repeated missionary,to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Result：The recovery of visual acuity in the postoperative 1 d in two groups was no significant difference（P＆gt;0.05）;in postoperative 7 d and 30 d,the recovery of visual acuity in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;experimental group for nursing job satisfaction was 97.6%（41/42）,the control group was 87.8%（36/41）,between the two groups,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For cataract surgery,issuing health education helps to restore visual acuity prescription,and improve treatment and nursing satisfaction,it is suitable for application.
