摘要
教师实践性知识支配着教师的教育教学行为,因此,实践性知识对教师的养成具有重要意义。从教师实践性知识的内在结构分析入手,反思当前教师教育课程存在的问题,指出教师教育课程设置,教学方式,教育实践等方面存在的问题。在此基础上,提出调整课程内容,变革教学方式,加强实践指导与反思等几方面的意见与建议,以提高师范生的培养质量。
Teachers'practical knowledge dominates their educational and teaching behaviors . Therefore , practical knonwledge plays an important role in the making of a teacher . In this paper , an analysis is made of the internal structure of teacher's practical knowledge . Based on this , the problems in the current teacher-education curricula , such as the setup of the curricula , teaching methods , and teaching practice , are discussed . Further more , suggestions are provided to improve the quality of teacher educaiton . The suggestions are adjusting the contents of curricula , innovate teaching methods , and strengthening instructions on practice and reflection .
