摘要
针对链条炉内钙基添加剂燃烧脱硫率低的难题 ,研究了链条炉床温和烟气成分的动态变化规律 ,在研究添加剂粒径、添加量和添加方式对各种钙基添加剂脱硫率影响的基础上 ,提出了两段燃烧脱硫技术的解决方案 ,以实现煤层内和燃烧室间同时脱硫的目的 ,从时间和空间两个方面克服了简单与入炉散煤预混或炉内直接喷钙脱硫方式的根本缺陷 ,使链条炉燃烧脱硫效率提高了 70 %~ 80 %。图 3表 4参
In order to promote the sulfur removal efficiency of calcium based sorbents during coal combustion in the chain grate furnace. The influence of coal bed temperature, flue gas composition, particle size of sorbents, adding proportion and adding approach of sorbents was studied. A new method, which was called the two stage desulfurization technology, was put forward originally. The experiments proved that through the two stage desulfurization procedure, firstly in coal bed and secondly in furnace space, the sulfur removal efficiency of calcium based sorbents during coal combustion in the chain grate furnace was greatly promoted and could remain 70%~80%.
