摘要
应用激光相多谱勒三维颗粒动态分析仪 ( 3 D-PDA)对方形下排气分离器内部气固两相流场进行了测试 ,得到了分离器内不同截面的气相和颗粒相的流场矢量图 ,时均速度等基本运动规律。研究结果发现方形分离器内横截面上的流场旋转中心偏离其几何中心 ,在边角位置存在局部小旋涡 ,在分离器左右两个壁面附近流动有向壁面流动的趋势。研究结果有助于对分离器的分离机理的认识和指导其结构的优化设计。
Measurement on the gas solid two phase flow field was conducted in a square separator with downward gas exit by laser Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer (3D PDA). Mean velocities and vector results of both gas and particles of different diameter in the separator at different position were given and discussed in this paper. It's found that the core of the swirling flow field departs from the separator center. Local eddies exist at the corner where flow changes its direction sharply. The right side wall facing the suspension inlet has the most contribution to the separation efficiency, where the largest downward velocity is measured. Back flow (upward velocity) is found around the center of the separator above the gas exit. Figs 14 and refs 6.
