摘要
应用计算温度场、应力场位移的有限元计算程序和不平衡响应程序 ,计算分析了水内冷汽轮发电机在冷却水流量不均匀情况下的转子振动特性 ,并总结出一套判别规则 ,可直接运用于现场机组振动的分析——故障诊断。
This paper applies the Finite Element Calculation Program of temperature field and stress field and the Unbalance Response Program to calculate and analyze the vibration characteristics of steam turbine generator because of uneven distribution of cooling water. Through contrast calculation and analysis, a set of distinguishing rules is drawn, wich can be directly applied in fault diagnosis of spot sets. Figs 5, tables 5 and refs 6.
