摘要
对余热锅炉水冷壁建立了数学模型,借助Ansys12.0有限元仿真软件对余热锅炉QCF82/1250-53-4.6水冷壁进行了仿真分析。通过建模、划分网格、加载条件和求解,最终取得了其温度场、热流量、热应力的分布规律。结果表明:水冷壁中温度最高处位于每段翅片的中轴线附近,热流量最大处位于翅片与水冷壁管焊接处,热应力分布比较均匀,剪切应力则集中于水冷壁管表面和翅片与管子焊接处。
A mathematic model was established for water wall of waste heat boilers, based on which simulation analysis was conducted to the water wall of waste heat boiler QCF82/1250-53-4.6 with Ansysl2.0 finite element software. Distribution of the temperature filed, heat flux, and thermal stress in the water wall were finally obtained through modeling, gridding, loading conditions and solving. Results show that the highest temperature appears at the central axis of each fin, and the highest heat flux is located at the weld between the fin and water wall tube~ the thermal stress is relatively well distributed, while the shear stress is concentrated on the surface of water wall tube and at the weld between fin and tube.
