摘要
针对过去炉膛吹灰方式及效果均不理想的情况,提出一种智能水力吹灰系统,应用智能热流传感器测定炉膛水冷壁的积灰情况,并根据智能系统的决策控制吹灰程序,使用水力吹灰器来完成吹灰要求。实践经验表明:应用锅炉炉膛智能水力吹灰系统,能够确定炉膛水冷壁的结焦部位,提高了吹灰效率,有效地防止冷水对未结焦部位水冷壁的热冲击以及由此可能产生的金属裂纹。
Aiming at the condition that both the soot blowing mode and the blowing effect for boiler furnace were not ideal in the past, an intelligent hydraulic soot blowing system was put forward, in which the ash deposition on furnace membrane wall is measured by intelligent heat flux transducers, and the soot blowing program is controlled according to decision of the intelligent system, and completed by a hydraulic soot blower. Practical experience indicates that the application of intelligent hydraulic soot blowing system in boiler furnace can locate the coking position on the membrane wall, improve soot blowing efficiency, prevent thermal impact on un-coked area by cold water and therefore avoid possible metal cracks produced thereby.
