范各庄矿11号煤层底板软岩支护技术研究与实践

摘要 针对范各庄矿11号煤层底板高岭土质胶结岩性易风化、遇水膨胀、呈现软岩特性的情况,采取顶、帮喷浆,巷底浇筑混凝土的方式及时隔绝水和空气,取得了较好效果。通过实践,验证了支护方案的合理性和可行性,为软岩巷道支护提供了强有力的技术支撑。 Based on No. 11 coal floor white clay nature cement lithology easily weathering, water swelling, presenting soft rock characteristics, roof and side guniting were adopted, the way of the bottom pouring concrete and cutting off water and air timely, got good result. Through the practice, verified the rationality and feasibility of the supporting case and provided strong technical support for soft rock tunnel supporting.
