硅钢涂层需具有良好的电绝缘性、表面光亮性、耐水性、附着力、柔韧性,丙烯酸乳液硅钢涂层能够具备以上良好的性能。乳液在合成过程中,由于工艺操作条件不同,会直接影响乳液的各项指标,从而改变涂层的性能。掌握乳液在合成过程中温度、加料速度等关键影响条件,调节各项指标使乳液粘度、含量控制在最佳范围,控制相应的操作条件,使乳液的各项指标达到最佳,使涂层性能更加完善,满足客户的使用需求。
Acrylic emulsion silicon steel coating has the dilvantages of good electrical insulation, surface brightness,water resistance, adhesion, flexibility. During the synthesis process, different process of the emulsion, operation conditions could directly affect the performance indicators of the emulsion,so that the coating performances could be changed, controlhng the emulsion temperature, and feeding speed etc.,adjusting the emulsion viscosity index,the controlling content and other corresponding operation conditions, all indexes of the emulsion could achieve the best, so that the coating performance could be more perfect and meet customer demand.
