摘要
针对目前采用冻结法凿井的西部矿井的冻结参数没有针对地层特征,导致在施工过程中出现冻结孔偏斜大、冻结速度扩散慢、冻结壁交圈困难和冻结壁解冻时冻结孔导水、井壁易产生温度裂缝等问题,巴愣矿井结合含水量大、岩层软、稳定性差的水文地质特性,不断优化井筒冻结施工技术方案,重视冻结施工中冻结凿孔关键环节的研究和实践,采取对冻结管与围岩间的环形空间做充填处理,利用缓凝水泥浆置换冻结孔内泥浆的施工方案,并在井筒施工中不断积累经验,使施工技术逐渐成熟,取得了良好效果。
Based on freezing parameters of freezing shaft sinking in west China mining area without directing at stratigraphic characteristics, which caused oblique large freezing hole, low freezing rate spread, dilticult frozen wall circle, freezing hole water division when frozen wall unfreezing, shaft wall with temperature break and other problems, combined with Baleng Mine large water content, soft stratum, bad stability hydrogeological features, shaft freezing construction technology scheme was optimized, key point of borehole research and practice in freezing construction was focused, the annular space between the frozen pipe and surrounding rock was filled, extended slurry replacing the slurry in the freezing hole was constructed, the shaft construction experience was building up, the construction technology was mature and got good result.
