摘要 对煤矿井下主运皮带自动化系统进行升级改造,使主运皮带运输系统实现自动化远程集中控制,从而实现企业发展转型、减员提效的目标。安装数字化光纤网络摄像仪,实现远程监控,达到可视化操作;安装网络通讯设备,实现远程调度指挥,实现减员提效;采用技术先进设备,提高皮带运输效率及安全运行程度,提高主运皮带自动化管理水平;对井下主运皮带运行控制方式进行合理组合,实现主运皮带的"顺煤流"控制;使用变频调速控制技术,节省电力能源;进行数字化、信息化的有机融合,使井下主运皮带系统达到"有人巡视、无人值守"目的。 Through upgrading the main transport belt automation system underground in coal mine, the main transport belt transport system could realize the automatic remote control so as to promote enterprise development in transition, reduce staff and improve efficiency. Through installing the digital optical fiber network camera, the remote monitoring and visual operation could be realized. Through installing the network communication equipments,the remote control command, reducing staff and improving efficiency could be realized. Through installing the advanced technology equipments, the belt transport efficiency, the safe operation level and the automation management level of main belt could be improved. Through reasonably combining the operation control modes of the underground main belt, the control of "downstream coal"of the main belt could be realized. Through using the variable frequency speed control technology, the electric energy could be saved. Through the organic integration of digital and information,the main Iransport belt system could realize the goal of "someone in the patrol, nobody in the position".
