改进水性聚合物涂层附着力的方法

摘要 涂饰一次性手套用水性聚合物是一些非过敏性弹性高分子材料,其以水为分散介质,对环境不造成污染,并且对手套的物理机械性能无任何影响,手套质量的好坏与聚合物膜在手套中的附着力的强弱分不开。阐述了无粉聚合物涂层在手套中的附着力的机理、涵义,并着重探讨了增加涂层附着力的几种办法,即加入碳氢表面活性剂和氟碳表面活性剂。降低聚合物涂层的表面张力,与无机物复配,减少涂膜在干燥过程中的溶剂的挥发,降低涂层厚度,加入适当颜料。 The aqueous polymers used in finishing disposable glove are some non allergic elastic polymer materials, which are with water as dispersion medium,no pollution to the environment,and no influencement on the physical and mechanical properties of the gloves,adhesion is good or bad and polymer film gloves quality in gloves strength inseparable. The mechanism and meaning of no powder polymer coating adhesion in gloves were expounded, and the several ways to increase the adhesion of coatings were discussed with hydrocarbon surfactants and fluorocarbon surfactants.To reduce the surface tension of polymer coatings, compound and inorganic matter, reduce the solvent coating in the drying process of volatile, reduce the coating thickness, add the appropriate pigmento
