摘要
光干涉式甲烷测定器是煤矿井下测定甲烷含量的计量仪器,其测量结果是矿山安全生产的主要依据。基于该仪器的重要性,每年对仪器进行试验也尤为重要,对该仪器在气密性试验、自由跌落试验、稳定性试验、工作温度试验、扩散试验中常出现的故障进行研究,分析查找各个试验阶段出现故障原因,提出解决方法。通过仪器故障排除,保证了仪器测量的准确性和有效性。
Light interferential methane detector was coal mine methane content measurement instrument, the measured results was the main basis of mine safety production. Based on the importance of the instrument. The air tightness test, free drop test, stability test, temperature test, diffusion test instrument common fault were studied, failure reason analysis for each test stage was found and analyzed. Through the instrument fault exclusion, ensured the instrument measuring accuracy and effectiveness.
