摘要 焚硫炉中预转化产生的SO3干扰了碘液法测定转化器进口SO2浓度的准确性。基于硫磺制酸装置的尾气氧浓度、焚硫炉温升以及转化总温升与初始SO2浓度之间存在关联,列出对应的数据,描绘出关系图并归纳出计算式。举例并讨论了4种确定转化器进口SO2浓度方法的具体应用。 Due to pre-conversion in the sulphur furnace, the generation of SO3 can interfere the accuracy in the determination of SO2 concentration at the inlet of converter by iodine solution method. On the basis of correlations among 02 concentration of tail gas from sul- phur-burning sulphuric acid plants,temperature rise in sulphur furnace,total temperature rise in converter and initial SO2 concentration, calculation mode was concluded according to listed corresponding data and diagram. The specific application of the four kinds of methods for determininz SO, concentration at the inlet of converter in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants was illustrated and discussed.
