介绍了200 kt/a硫铁矿制酸项目的工艺设计,包括工艺布置、设备选型和配套设备的设计。装置采用"3+2"2次转化工艺,一次转化采用国产催化剂,二次转化采用进口催化剂,总转化率设定为99.8%。这样既可降低投资,又可免去设置尾气脱硫系统的需要。
The process design of a 200 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid is described with respects to its plant layout, equipment selection and design of auxiliary devices. The plant was designed to operate in a 3+2 double conversion process with domestic catalyst for first-stage conversion and imported catalyst for second-stage conversion and the total conversion was targeted at 99. 8%. This allowed a decrease in investment cost, while eliminating the need for installing tail gas desulphurization system.
