内蒙古工业化、城市化及农牧业现代化协调发展对策研究

Countermeasures for Coordinated Development of Industrialization,Urbanization and Modernization of Agriculture and Husbandry in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古自治区近十年来发展迅速,GDP增速位居全国前列,随着工业化进程的加快,城市化率也在不断提高,但农牧业现代化水平相对滞后。导致内蒙古"三化"水平发展不平衡。这不利于内蒙古经济协调稳定发展。为此,要通过加大工业反哺农牧业、城市反哺农村牧区的力度,加强农村牧区基础设施建设,加大对农牧民教育、医疗服务的投入等措施,促进内蒙古工业化、城市化、农牧业现代化协调发展。

With recent ten years＇ in the front rank of GDP in China rapid development, Inner Mongolia While compared with accelerated Autonomous Region has jumped speed of industrialization and urbanization, it is still lagging behind in agricultural and husbandry modernization, which leads to an unbalanced development in the three areas and hinders coordinated and stable economic development in Inner Mongolia. Therefore, infrastructural construction in rural and pastoral areas should be enhanced, education for farmers and herdsmen should be carried out and investment for medical service should be increased through back-feedings of industry to agriculture and husbandry and cities to rural and pastoral areas so as to promote the coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural and husbandry modernization.
