十二井穴大接经针法与原络大接经针法治疗中风恢复期疗效比较

Comparisons on the Efficacies of Acupuncture at Twelve Jing-Well Points Versus at Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting Points in order of Meridians in Treating Convalescent-stage Stroke

目的观察十二井穴大接经针法与原络大接经针法两种不同方法为主治疗中风恢复期患者的临床疗效,并比较其差异。方法将符合纳入标准的中风病恢复期患者按病情分为轻型、普通型、重型,每型纳入20例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均接受常规针刺治疗,治疗组采用十二井穴大接经针法治疗,对照组采用原络大接经针法治疗。比较两组治疗前后各项症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后病情各分型患者综合评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后病情各分型患者综合评分与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论十二井穴大接经针法与原络大接经针法均能改善中风病恢复期的轻型、普通型、重型患者的临床症状,两种治疗方法有相似的临床疗效,但原络大接经针法操作更方便、容易被患者接受。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacies of two different methods： acupuncture at twelve Jing-Well points versus at Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points in order of meridians in treating convalescent-stage stroke. Methods Convalescent patients with stroke meeting the inclusion criteria were classified into mildly-ill, moderately-ill and severely-ill according to the patients＇ condition and enrolled 20 cases each type. They were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. Both groups received conventional acupuncture. The treatment group also received acupuncture at twelve Jing-Well points in order of meridians and the control group, acupuncture at Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points in order of meridians. Pre-treatment and post-treatment symptom severities and clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the two groups, there was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the severity of each symptom in every subtype of patients （P〈0.01）. There was no statistically significant post-treatment difference in an improvement in each symptom in every subtype of patients between the treatment and control groups （P〉0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups of patients （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Both acupuncture at twelve Jing-Well points and acupuncture at Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points in order of meridians can improve the clinical symptoms in mildly-ill, moderately-ill and severely-ill patients with stroke in the convalescent stage. The two treatments have similar clinical effects, but acupuncture at Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points in order of meridians is more convenient to perform and easier for the patients to accept.
