不同操作者电针阴部神经刺激疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效比较研究

Comparative Study of the Efficacies of Different Operators-performed Electroacupuncture Pudendal nerve Stimulation in Treating Female Stress Incontinence

目的观察不同操作者电针阴部神经刺激疗法(EAPNS)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法将60例纳入诊断标准的女性SUI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均采用EAPNS治疗,治疗组由2年以上EAPNS操作经验的针灸医师治疗,对照组由无EAPNS操作经验但掌握常规针刺技术的针灸医师治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后SUI症状严重程度和生活质量积分及治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后SUI症状和生活质量积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后SUI症状和生活质量积分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为53.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床医生需不断提高EAPNS的操作技术以达到治疗SUI的最佳效果。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacies of different operators-performed electroacuptmcture pudendal nerve stimulation （EAPNS） in treating female stress incontinence （SUI）. Methods Sixty female patients with stress incontinence enrolled according to the diagnostic criteria were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group was treated by an acupuncture doctor who had over two years＇ experience in performing EPNS and the control group, by an acupuncture doctor who had no experience in performing EPNS but had mastered a conventional acupuncture technique. The pre-treatment and post-treatment SUI symptom severity and quality of life scores and the post-treatment clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the SUI symptom severity and quality of life score in the two groups （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the SUI symptom severity and quality of life score between the treatment and control groups （P〉0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 53.3% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical doctors should continually improve the skill of performing EAPNS to achieve the optimal therapeutic effect on SUI.
