针灸会诊696例住院患者临床资料分析

Data Analysis of 696 In-patients Undergone Acupuncture Consultation

目的分析针灸会诊在暨南大学附属第一医院中的现状,为针灸学科在综合性医院的发展及疾病治疗提供参考和建议。方法对接受针灸会诊的696例住院患者,在会诊原因、处理方法、治疗次数、治疗效果及科室来源等方面进行统计分析。结果有26个科室请求针灸会诊,病症分布广泛,以神经系统疾病为主,对尿潴留、呃逆疗效显著,同时是突发性耳聋的重要治疗方法。结论针灸会诊以其较好的临床疗效弥补了现代医学的不足,在综合性医院发挥着积极作用,但在临床病谱、治疗方案、与现代医学的配合及灸法的运用等方面仍需加强。

Objective To analyze the current status of acupuncture consultation at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, for providing references and suggestion to the development of acupuncture at a comprehensive hospital and the treatment of diseases. Method The data of 696 in-patients who have received acupuncture consultation were analyzed by the following aspects： reason of consultation, treatment method, treatment frequency, treatment result, and department. Result The consultation requests were from 26 departments. The disease scope was quite wide, predominated by nervous system diseases. Acupuncture had significant efficacy in treating urinary retention and hiccup, and it＇s also an important treatment for sudden hearing loss. Conclusion Acupuncture has contently supplemented the shortness of the Western medicine and produced a positive effect at the comprehensive hospital. However, the disease spectrum, treatment protocol, coordination with the modem medicine, and the application of moxibustion should be strengthened.
