摘要
声发射信号的传播特性将直接决定故障特征提取及故障定位分析的准确性。通过二维有限差分格式建立了声发射信号在光轴、阶梯轴、阶梯退刀槽轴中的传播模型,分析了冲击载荷下(脉冲声发射信号)的轴本构响应,并进行了相应实验。模型仿真和实验结果对比分析表明:有限差分格式传播模型能准确地模拟声发射信号在不同结构轴中的反射、透射、衰减等作用下的传播特性。
The precision of fault feature extraction and damage locating using acoustic emission (AE )signal is determined by its propagation characteristics in different structures.A two-dimensional explicit finite difference method was introduced to build AE signal models of straight shaft,stepped shaft and stepped shaft with a tool withdrawal groove. The constitutive response of the shafts under impact load was analyzed.The experiments on three different structure shafts were conducted.The results of simulations and experiments revealed that the propagation characteristics of reflection, transmission and attenuation of AE signals in straight shaft,stepped shaft and stepped shaft with a tool withdrawal groove were simulated correctly by using the models of AE signals built through the explicit finite difference method.
