农民专业合作社企业家能力与其影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between the Ability of Professional Farmer Cooperative Entrepreneurs and Its Influencing Factors

笔者在对江西省204个农民专业合作社社长数据调查的基础上,应用主成分分析法,分别提取了合作社企业家能力的4个主成分及其影响因素的7个主成分,然后应用典型相关分析模型与BP神经网络模型,分析了合作社企业家能力与其影响因素之间的关系。结果表明,在合作社企业家能力形成过程中,企业家能力与其影响因素之间存在高度的相关关系,7个影响因素按照重要性排列依次为:制度环境、关键人支持、学习能力、管理经验、家族条件、合作社状态、社会地位。在此基础上,笔者提出了针对性的政策建议。

The ability of the cooperative entrepreneurs can affect cooperative performance. Based on the data investigation of 204 coop- erative entrepreneurs in Jiangxi Province, and with the analysis method of principal components, the paper extracts 4 main elements of the cooperative entrepreneur＇ s ability and 7 main elements of its influencing factors. By applying canonical correlation analysis model and BP neural network model, the paper finds that there is high correlation between the ability of the cooperative entrepreneurs and its influencing factors. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions.
