摘要
针对目前电脑横机编织过程中容易出现线圈上浮与吐纱的现象,设计一种新型的滑道式电脑横机压脚装置。在介绍常规压脚装置工作原理及功能分析的基础上,详细阐述了滑道式压脚装置的设计思路,工作方法以及主要机构的动作分析,如偏心轮、压脚、滑道、曲道、感应器等。该新型电脑横机压脚技术的应用能够提高编织物的产品质量和设备编织速度,并且适用于一些工艺要求较高的特殊花型的编织,为研究开发新型毛织产品提供了有利条件。
In terms of the problems of loops overflowing and yarn retracting phenomena during knitting process of the current computerized flat knitting machine, the paper designs a new kind of sliding type presser device. Based on the description of the working principle and function of the conventional presser device, it introduces in detail the design idea, the working method and the action analysis of the main mechanisms of the new sliding type presser device, such as eccentric wheel, presser, sliding track, curved way, sensor, etc. The results show that the application of new presser technology of computerized flat knitting machine can improve the product quality and knitting speed; it also applies to knit some special patterns with high processing difficulties, which can provide the favorable conditions for the development of new woolen products.
