摘要
基于电脑横机织针运动工艺要求,设计了一种基于曲柄摇杆滑块机构的无机头电脑横机单针驱动机构。利用方程解析法对其单针驱动机构进行计算,得到不同参数下的电动机转角与织针位置间的关系。利用Solid Works软件完成虚拟样机的建模,并对设计机构进行运动仿真分析,验证了该设计的可行性和合理性。该研究有利于推进针织多功能横机、三维针织机等新型纺织装备的自主创新进程。
Based on analysis the technological requirements of needle movement of computerized flat knitting machine, the paper designs a new kind of individual needle driven mechanism based on crank-rocking slider mechanism. According to the analysis and calculation based on equation analytic method, the relationship between the step motor angle and needle position is given. In addition, the virtual prototype modeling is finished by using solid works software, and the motion simulation analysis is also carried out on the mechanism. The results show that the design method provided in this paper bears feasibility and rationality, which can facilitate innovation pro-cess of multi-functional flat knitting machine and other new textile equipments.
