核壳型聚丙烯酸酯乳液黏合剂的制备及性能

摘要 以丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸以及纳米TiO2为主要原料,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了纳米Ti02核壳型聚丙烯酸酯乳液黏合剂,通过FT-IR谱、TEM观测、DSC分析、粒度分析等对其结构进行表征.测试并探讨了其用于涂料印花后的织物性能。结果表明.FT—IR谱分析得到各种单体之间发生了共聚反应;DSC测试结果和TEM照片都显示乳液黏合剂为明显的核-壳结构物质;粒度分析得到乳液黏合剂的粒径大小主要分布在100nm以内;纳米TiO2核壳型黏合剂作用后的织物各项牢度均有较明显的提高,干、湿摩擦牢度可达4~5级,刷洗牢度、皂洗牢度均可达4级,且涂料印花后手感柔软、光洁滑爽、弹性好。 With methyl acrylate, ethyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid and nano-TiO2 as the main raw materials, nano-TiO2 core-shell polyacrylate emulsion adhesive was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization. And its structure was characterized by FF-IR, TEM and DSC, and the perfor-mance of fabric after pigment printing by this adhesive was tested and discussed. The results show that FT-IR spectrum analysis can obtain the copolymerization reaction among various monomer; the test results of DSC and im- ages of TEM indicate that emulsion adhesive is obvious core-shell structure material; the grain size analysis can obtain that particle size of emulsion adhesive is mainly distributed in less than 100 nm; the various fastness of fabrics after using nano-TiO2 core-shell adhesive obviously increases, the dry and wet rubbing fastness can reach level 4-5, and brushing fastness,soaping fastness can reach level 4. At the same time, it can obtain soft hand, bright and clean surface, smooth feel and good elasticity after pigment printing.
