摘要
以1,10-邻菲罗啉(Phen)和2,4-二氨基-6-(2-吡嗪)-均三嗪(DAPT)为配体,与铁系金属(M=Ni,Co)盐反应合成了两个新型的金属配合物———[Ni(Phen)(DAPT)Cl2]·3H2O(3a)和[Co(Phen)(DAPT)Cl2]·3H2O(3b),其结构和性能经IR,LC-MS,元素分析,TG-DTA和摩尔电导率表征。用UV-Vis、溴化乙锭荧光竞争光谱、相对粘度、电化学、DNA热变性及盐效应等方法研究了3a和3b与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用。实验结果表明:3a和3b与ct-DNA的结合模式均为插入模式;3a与ct-DNA的结合强度略大于3b。
Two novel metal(M =Ni,Co) complexes,[Ni(Phen) (DAPT) Cl2] ·3H2O(3a) and [Co (Phen) (DAPT) Cl2]· 3H2O (3b),were synthesized by coordination of 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) with 2,4-diamido-6-(2-pyrazine)-1,3,5-triazine (DAPT) and Nickel (Ⅱ) or Cobalt (Ⅱ).The structures and properties were characterized by IR,LC-MS,elemental analysis,TG-DTA and molar conductivity.The interaction of 3a,3b with calf thymus DNA (ct-DNA) were investigated by UVVis,EB competition FL,relative viscosity,cyclic voltammetry,DNA thermal denaturation and salt effects method.The results showed that the interaction models of 3a and 3b with ct-DNA were intercalative model; 3a exhibited stronger affinity force compared with 3b.
