摘要
苏州大学吴品才教授首创的文件纵横运动论以独特的视角剖析了文件运动规律,对文件运动理论的发展具有重大的意义。但是其中横向运动理论部分与档案利用的关系尚有待商榷。本文将就文件横向运动与档案利用的关系进行辨析,提出笔者的一些看法,希望各位老师予以指正。
The records vertical and horizontal motion model which created by Professor Wu Pincai of Soochow University analyzes the records motion theory on a unique perspective. It is of great significance to the development of records motion theory. However, the relationship between the horizontal motion model and records utilization is still vague and this paper will analyzes this relationship,puts forward some opinions about myself. It will be better if teachers could give the criticisms.
