摘要
韩国国家记录院以公共服务为导向,在档案管理基础设施、档案收集与管理体系、档案信息资源服务、档案文化推广与国际合作等方面进行了一系列建设,旨在拉近档案与公众的距离,满足社会各类人群各方面的档案需求,提高社会档案意识,普及档案文化精髓。经实地调查发现,韩国国家记录院在以服务为本的实践中取得重大成就,同时其预期效果与现实成效间也存在一定差距。
Based on public service orientation, National Archives of Korea has taken a series of measures on archives management infrastructure,collection and management system,archival information resource service and archival culture promotion and international cooperation.It is found that National Archives of Korea has gained great achievements on meeting the various social needs of archives,but there is still a certain gap between expected result and reality effectiveness.
