摘要
教练员成功执教到底应具备什么样的素养,迄今为止,很少有人进行研究..从经验角度分析,似乎教练员成功执教的素养构成很难有固定的模式。因为竞技体育的发展日新月异,教练员执教理念、方法等也必然遵循运动训练发展的要求,处在动态变化之中,难有规律性的经验值得总结。事实果真如此吗?答案显然是否定的。在现实生活中,我们的确看到竞技体育的持续发展,涌现出一批“金牌教练”“冠军教练”。这些教练所取得的成绩并不是“昙花一现”。而是持续了数年乃至几十年,带出一批知名运动员。原国家体育总局政策法规司司长谢琼桓通过对中国乒乓球队的调研,写下了《鲜花为何这般灿烂》这样脍炙人口的文章,描述的就是中国乒乓球队教练员执教素养的稳定性,创造了“国球”久盛不衰的奇迹。
Derived from Wade Gilbert's The Pyramid of Teaching Successin Sport.: Lessons from Applied Science and Effetive Coaches, this article aims at offering a tool for both identifying the qualities of effective coaches and facilitating the professional development of sport coaches. The author labeled this tool, Pyramid of Teaching Success in Sport, to resist the widely-held position that effective coaching is dependent upon teaching success. This emphasis on self-improvement rather than measuring oneself against the performances of others is consistent with current views on how to best develop human potential across domains. Based on this article, the critical point is to find a way to solve problems that Chinese coaches meet and to develop these qualities that coaches require.
