摘要 目的综述定量核磁共振(quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance,qNMR)技术的基本原理,以及近10年来qNMR在中药分析领域的应用。方法分析并综述10年内国内外有关定量核磁共振技术在中药分析应用的文献。结果 qNMR作为一种定量分析方法,专属性强、准确快捷。结论 qNMR技术可用于中药分析的诸多环节,如中药质量控制、中药活性成分体内定量分析等。 Objective To review the principle of qNMR and applications progress in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) a- nalysis in recent ten years. Methods Literatures in recent ten years which concerning the application of qNMR technology in TCM a- nalysis were reviewed. Results qNMR had high specificity and accuracy as a well-developed quantitative analysis method. Conclu- sion The qNMR had been used in many fields of TCM analysis, such as quality control, purity detection, quantification of active in- gredients in vivo, and so on.
