薄壳山核桃硬枝扦插及生根机理研究 被引量:9

摘要 将5种不同浓度的IBA(0、75、150、225和300 mg·kg-1)和5种不同浓度的NAA(0、75、150、225和300 mg·kg-1)组合得到25种激素浓度浸泡处理的薄壳山核桃插穗进行扦插试验,将5种不同浓度的IBA(0、600、900、1200和1500 mg·kg-1)和5种不同浓度的NAA(0、600、900、1200和1500 mg·kg-1)组合得到25种激素浓度速蘸处理的薄壳山核桃插穗进行扦插试验,两试验中插穗为一年生和二年生2种枝条,在大棚内和田间同时进行硬枝扦插;通过石蜡切片,从解剖学层面确定薄壳山核桃扦插生根原理。结果表明,无论是浸泡处理还是速蘸处理,一年生插穗的生根率明显高于二年生插穗,大棚内的扦插成活率高于田间扦插成活率,速蘸处理的成活率相对高于浸泡处理的成活率,且速蘸处理中,生长调节剂的组合为IBA 600 mg·kg-1、NAA900 mg·kg-1时插穗生根率最高为80%。从解剖结构可以看出,薄壳山核桃扦插生根属愈伤组织生根型。 In this experiment, 25 kinds of treatments combined with five different concentrations of IBA (0, 75, 150, 225 and 150 mg·kg^-1) and NAA (0, 75, 150, 225 and 300 mg·kg^-1) were used to soak two different cut- tings (annual and biennial) for pecan (Carya illinoensis) cutting randomized trials both in the greenhouse and in the field; At the same time, another 25 kinds of treatments combined with five different concentrations of IBA (0, 600, 900, 1200 and 1500 mg·kg^-1) and NAA (0, 600, 900, 1200 and 1500 mg·kg^-1) were used to speed dip two dif- ferent cuttings (annual and biennial) for pecan cutting randomized trials both in the greenhouse and in the field; Paraffin experiments were used to determine rooting mechanisms of Lignified Cuttings of pecan from anatomy level. The results showed that the rooting rate of annual cuttings was significantly higher than that of biennial cut- tings either soaking or speed dipping treatments; The survival rate of cutting growth in greenhouse was higher than that in the field; The survival rate of cutting with speed dipping treatment was relatively higher than that with soaking treatment, and the rooting rate was highest, which was 80%, with speed dipping treatment combined with IBA 600 mg·kg^-1 and NAA 900 mg·kg^-1. The cuttings rooting belongs to callus root type from the anatomical structure of pecan.
