摘要
利用病毒合胞体抑制试验考察海洋无脊椎动物海绵(Craniella australiensis)凝集素的抗HIV活性。结果表明,海绵凝集素(Craniella australiensis lectin,CAL)对人类T淋巴细胞系C8166急性感染HIV-1IIIB形成细胞合胞体具有较好的抑制作用。CAL在16.41μg·mL-1浓度时,对HIV诱导细胞病变的抑制达50%。不同时间加入凝集素对合胞体的抑制率结果表明,在0.5 h以内加海绵凝集素CAL可以有效地阻断C8166细胞合胞体形成。
CAL, a Craniella australiensis lectin was purified from sponge C. australiensis, and the anti-HIV activity was assessed. The inhibition of syncytial cell formation induced by human immunodeficiency virus was determined under microscope. The purified CAL exhibited promising inhibition effects on C8166 syncytial cells. The inhibition ratio was 50 % when the concentration of CAL was 16.41 μg/ml. With the prolongation of adding time, inhibition effects of CAL on C8166 syncytial cells gradually reduced. CAL effectively suppressed the infec- tion of HIV, and inhibited the formation of C8166 syncytial cells in 30 minutes.
