摘要
采用乙醇浸取法对金丝草中多酚进行提取并对其抗氧化性进行研究。探讨乙醇浓度、提取温度、时间和料液比对多酚提取的影响,并用正交试验进行优化。结果表明,最佳参数为乙醇浓度50%,时间为1 h,料液比1:30(g·mL-1),提取温度80℃。在此提取条件下,金丝草多酚总含量为4.14 mg·g-1,且金丝草提取物有较好清除羟基自由基的能力,提取效果好,多酚含量较高。
This paper aimed to study the optimized condition for extracting total polyphenol from Pogo- natherum crinitum(Thunb.)Kunth and its antioxidation with ethonal-leaching method. The best condition for ex- traction polyphenols was chosen based on the orthogonal analysis. The optimal condition was that using 50% ethanol as extractant, extraction for 1 h at 80℃, in the material-liquid ratio of 1:30 (g·mL^-1). In this case, the ex- traction rate of total polyphenol from Pogonatherum crinitum (Thunb.) Kunth was 4.14 mg·g^-1, and it showed a strong antioxidative effect. It is suggested that the optimized condition can provide expected extraction rate of total polyphenol.
