袁店一井煤矿过大断层联合支护技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对袁店一井煤矿103采区埋深大、地应力高、构造复杂和岩层破碎的特点,提出以"锚注支护为主、分段治理、因地制宜"的联合支护方案。在断层影响区和断层区内分别实施"锚网喷+锚注"和"U型钢+超前预注浆+锚注"的联合支护方案来控制巷道围岩变形破坏的发展。现场观测表明,该联合支护方案取得了良好的效果,确保了巷道安全快速穿过断层破碎带。 Aiming at the characteristics of large burial depth, high ground stress, complex structure and rock crushing in 103 mining area of Yuandian First Shaft Mine, a combined supporting scheme, which mainly uses "bohing and grouting" and " piecewise governance ac- cording to local conditions" was proposed in this paper. " bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh" combined supporting scheme,and "U type steel + advanced grouting + bolting and grouting" combined supporting scheme were adopted respectively in fault influencing re- gions and fault zones,to control the development of deformation and destruction of surrounding rock. Field observation shows that, this combined supporting scheme has achieved good effects, the application of the supporting scheme has ensured the roadway passing through fault fracture zone safely and quickly.
