基于事故树分析的煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故危险源风险管理研究 被引量:7

摘要 依据瓦斯事故发生机理,建立了煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的事故树,由事故树可见,或门个数占90%,而与门个数仅占10%,因此系统(瓦斯事故)的危险性极大。对引起煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的原因进行了逻辑分析,分析表明:事故树最小割集有81组,表示引起瓦斯事故有81种可能途径;最小径集共有3组,因此预防瓦斯事故的途径有3条。最后,根据以上瓦斯爆炸事故树分析结果,在通风管理、瓦斯管理、火源管理等方面制订控制基本事件的直接措施,以达到风险预控管理的目的。 The fault tree of gas explosion accidents was constructed based on analyzing the mechanism of coal mine gas explosion in this paper. From the fault tree,it was known that the OR gate accounts for 90% of all the gates,and the AND gate accounts for only 10% , so the risk of the system is great. The logic analysis on reasons of coal mine gas explosion accidents shows that the fault tree has 81 min- imum cut sets and 3 minimum path sets. Finally,the direct measures of controlling the elementary event from the aspects of ventilation management, gas management and fire management were put forward to achieve the purpose of risk management based on the above a- nalysis.
