摘要
井下开采的煤层气主要成分是空气和甲烷,为了对煤层气中的甲烷回收利用,需要对煤层气进行脱氧和脱氮处理,以提高甲烷浓度。通过调研统计,甲烷提浓技术主要包括低温精馏和脱氧—吸附分离,其中低温精馏可分为含氧低温精馏和脱氧—低温精馏。对这3种提浓技术的工艺方案及特点进行了阐述及分析。研究结果表明:这3种提浓技术各有其特点以及不同的适用场合。含氧低温精馏和脱氧—低温精馏提浓技术适用于甲烷液化的场合,脱氧—吸附分离提浓技术适用于对提浓后的甲烷不需要液化的场合。根据不同需要,可以选择相应的甲烷提浓技术。
The main composition of mine exploitation of coal bed methane is the air and methane,to use methane of the coal bed meth- ane gas, it is needed to make oxygen and nitrogen treatment on coal bed gas to improve the methane concentration. Through the investi- gation and statistics, there are three kinds of methane concentration method : cryogenic distillation and deoxidation - adsorption separa- tion,the cryogenic distillation contains oxygen cryogenic distillation and deoxidation-cryogenie distillation. Process and characteristics of the three concentration technology were introduced and analyzed. The results show that these three kinds of concentration technology has its own characteristics and different applications. Oxygen cryogenic distillation and deoxidation-cryogenic distillation concentration tech- nology can be applied for the occasions of methane liquefaction,deoxidation-adsorption separation concentration technology can be used for the occasions which concentrated methane need not to be liquefied. Therefore, suitable methane concentration technology can be cho- sen according to different needs.
