国内南海问题相关研究概述

The Domestic Literature Review on the South China Sea

南海问题,是南海周边有关国家采取各种手段与中国争夺南海地区海洋权益的一个复杂而敏感的问题。南海问题研究是国内相关学科研究的一个热点,相关研究成果大致可以分为四大类:南海问题的史地维权研究、南海问题的法律依据研究、南海问题的国际因素研究和南海问题的中国对策研究。梳理这些研究成果,既可摸清国内理论研究的成果动向,又可为我国解决南海问题提供分类理论参考。

The issue of South China Sea( SCS) is a complicated and sensitive problem that the states around the SCS take various measures to fight the ocean rights of the SCS with China. The research on the SCS is a hot spot in the field of domestic related study,the research results can be divided into four parts: the researches on the historic geographic and rights protection of the SCS,on the legal basis of the SCS,on international elements of the SCS and on the strategies of China in the SCS. Mastering these achievements,we can understand the tendency of the domestic theoretical research; meanwhile,these achievements can provide classified theoretical reference for us to solve the issue of the SCS.
