摘要
在船舶修理中,因O形圈密封失效而引起的液压缸、油泵、水泵、操纵阀等故障较为普遍,文章通过对O形圈密封失效进行分析,找出原因,排除故障,从而保障船舶的安全运行。同时通过实例,对于O形圈正确、科学地使用,也提出了建议。
The failures are very common in hydraulic cylinders, oil pumps, water pumps and control valves due to the faults of O seal ring during shiprepair. In this article, the faults are analyzed, the couses are found out and the trouble shooting is solved, which ensure the safety of voyage. In the meanwhile, suggestion to correct use of O seal ring is given.
