云南电网调度操作网络发令系统研究

Research on Network Order System for Dispatching Operation in Yunnan Power Grid

依托云南电网调度运行指挥平台,研究提出了基于Ukey和受令资格管理的调度操作网络发令系统,分析了该网络发令系统在设计和实施上所应具备的主要功能和存在的主要技术难点,以及其在调度运行管理方面存在的优势。

The development of smart power grids demands a safer and more efficient dispatching operation. Network order system is appearing with this development. Relying on the platform for dispatching operation of Yunnan power grid, this paper studies and presents a network order system for dispatching operation, which is based on the management of Ukey and receiving order qualifica- tion. The chief function and technical difficulties in design and practice for the network order system are analyzed. Finally the ad- vantage of management in dispatching and operation for network order system are shown.
