摘要
原青岛同泰橡胶厂内胎车间位于青岛市辽宁路,由于城市改造的需要,对该车间楼房进行了爆破拆除。楼房高52 m,框剪结构,倒塌方向背侧紧邻马路及商铺。爆破采取了倒三角切口定向倒塌方案,选择在底部较高的一、二层实施爆破,并采取覆盖预拆除砌块与砂土、堆砌砂袋墙方法以减小塌落振动,保护周边建筑与地下管线,并在爆破时进行测振获得了楼房塌落振动值。爆破后的楼体破碎充分,坍塌范围小,爆堆集中,未造成周边破坏。
Owing to the city transformation, an inner tube workshop building in Tongtai rubber factory was to be explosive demolished. The building was 52 meters high with structure of frame-shear wall, next to the street and shop at the dorsal design collapse direction. The explosive scheme was composed of inverted triangle blasting cut and di- rectional collapse. The first and second floor were broken firstly. Some measures were taken to protect buildings and underground pipeline around by covering the ground with demolition block and sandy soil, building walls with sand- bags to decrease the collapse vibration. The building was disintegrated fully and the collapse area was small and con- centrated. Blasting vibration was detected in the blasting process and the surface vibration speed value was also ob- tained when the building fall to the ground,which provided references for similar projects.
