摘要
为解决部分指标权重未知且为语言评价信息的电子对抗作战方案评估问题,给出了一种适用的决策评估方法。对具有信息不完全确定的语言型多指标进行了分析,建立作战方案的评估指标;提出了评估方法与步骤,其核心是通过计算方案值与理想点的距离、建立非线性规划模型、构造Lagrange函数从而求得未知的指标权重值;将语言评价信息转化为三角模糊数,计算两两模糊评价比较的可能度,进而得到方案的排序结果。最后的算例分析充分证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
This paper proposes an applicative evaluation method for electronic countermeasure combat schemes with incomplete weight information. It provides the calculation steps for analyzing language indicators with incomplete information, establishes the evaluation index of electronic countermeasure combat scheme, and also gives the calculation steps for scheme evaluation. In this method, nonlinear objective programming model and Lagrange function are constructed through calculating the distance between every alternative and positive ideal points to determine attribute weight. Linguistic assessment information is transformed into triangular fuzzy numbers, the possible degree is estab- lished, and the sorting results are finally obtained. An example is given to illustrate the validity and applicability of the method.
