摘要
高校远程教育改革发展作为对现代文明建设与中国教育创新的正向应答,一直是社会和学界关注的焦点,尤其是对近些年来高校远程教育改革发展出现的种种状况,更是存在激烈争鸣与诸多质疑。本文试图从我国高校远程教育改革发展的历史进程导入,通过本然层面的分析与解读,在揭示阻碍改革发展种种因果关系的同时,提出一些富有建设意义和指导价值的对策与思路,进而为我国高校远程教育改革发展找到新路径。
Reform and development of distance higher education is a positive response to mod- ernization drive and innovation of China's education and has long been the focus of society and the academic world. In particular, the situation of reform and development of distance higher education in recent years has elicited heated discussion and lots of doubt. This paper began with an introduction of the history of reform and develoment in China's distance higher education. The analysis of the history at the ontological level revealed the barriers against the reform. This paper also put forward some constructive solutions and ideas in the hope of finding a new approach to reform in distance higher education.
