摘要
根据氟硅酸钾沉淀分离-酸碱滴定原理,通过选择适当试剂、控制溶液酸度及恒定沉淀温度等措施,消除TiO2及Al2O3的共沉淀的干扰,探索出一种改进型碱熔氟硅酸钾沉淀测定钒钛高炉渣中TiO2的方法。该方法准确度在国家标准范围内,相对标准偏差RSD<1%,是一种可靠的测定钒钛高炉渣中TiO2含量的分析方法。
According potassium fluorosilicate precipitation-base titration principle,by selecting the appro-priate reagents,controls acidity and constant precipitation temperature and other measures to eliminate the co-precipitation of TiO2 and Al2 O3 interference,to explore an improved alkali fusion fluorine Determi-nation of vanadium and titanium potassium silicate precipitated silica slag method.Accuracy of the meth-od within the scope of the national standard,and the relative standard deviation (RSD)of less than 1%, which is a reliable determination of vanadium titanium slag silica content analysis method.
