摘要
以碎斑流纹岩为原料制备刚玉。将2.5g流纹岩、8mL水、12mL 98%浓硫酸混合于反应釜中在100℃的烘箱中反应4h,冷却,过滤;滤液用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至13,沉淀析出,过滤;滤液用稀硫酸调节pH值至5.2,Al(OH)3完全沉淀,离心分离;沉淀在低于100℃的温度下烘干,再在950℃下煅烧30min得到刚玉,产物经XRD确证。表明利用碎斑流纹岩制备刚玉在技术上是可行的。
Corundum is prepared with porphyroclastic rhyolite as raw material.Put the reactor containg 2.5 g prophyroclastic rhyolite,8 mL water and 12 mL 98% concentrated sulfuric acid in the 100 ℃ of drying oven for 4 h,then cool and filter;adjust the pH value of the filtrate to 13 using NaOH solution,get precipitates and filter;adjust the pH value of the filtrate to 5.2 using dilute sulfuric acid,Al(OH)3 fully precipitates,centrifugate and separate;dry the precipitate at the temperature below 100 ℃ and then calcinate it at 950 ℃ for 30 min,at last obtain corundum.The product structure is confirmed by XRD.The results show that this process for preparation of corundum is feasible.
