摘要
以对氯苯乙腈为原料直接经硫酸催化水解合成对氯苯乙酸,通过对传统工艺的重新设计,得到了适合工业化的新工艺,优化的合成条件为:硫酸质量分数60%~70%、反应时间3h、反应温度130~140℃,对氯笨乙酸收率达95%左右.
p-Chlorophenylacetate acid was prepared by hydrolysis from p-chlorobenzyl cyanide catalyzed by sulfuric acid.By redesigning the traditional method,the process suitable for industrial manufacture was obtained,the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows:mass fraction of sulfuric acid of 60 % ~ 70 %,reaction time of 3 h,reaction temperature of 130 ~ 140 ℃,and the yield of p-chlorophenylacetate acid reached about 95%.
