摘要
针对甜菜碱中三甲胺含量高的特点,采用汽提法进行处理。通过实验与模拟相结合的方法,考察了样品液pH值、进料温度、总理论塔板数、进料位置及塔顶采出量对三甲胺去除效果的影响。结果表明:在pH值为9.5、进料温度为55℃、总理论塔板数为15、进料位置在第3块板、塔顶采出量为200kg·h-1的优化条件下,处理后三甲胺的含量低于20×10-6。
The steam stripping method was used due to the high concentration of trimethylamine in the betaine amination liquid.The effects of p H value of sample solution,feed temperature,total number of theoretical plate,feed entrance point and output quantity of top tower on removal efficiency of trimethylamine were investigated according to experiment and simulation.Under the optimum conditions as follows:pH value was 9.5,feed temperature was 55 ℃,total number of theoretical plate was 15,feed entrance point was 3 and output quantity of top tower was 200 kg · h-1,the trimethylamine content was below 20× 10-6 after the treatment.
