摘要
观察、测定了来源不同的球孢白僵菌19个菌株的毒力、产孢量、萌发中时、水分活性、紫外照射活率、水浴活率等多个生物及生态学指标。从专业角度构建最优序列,经灰色分析,以供试菌株Bb54具最大灰关联度(r=0.9490),故将其确定为标准菌株。将标准菌株毒力与其它菌株相比较,得到不同菌株的毒力效价单位,其中以Bb13的效价最高,为1148.65,其次为Bb86,效价1125.16,两者的灰关联度分别为0.8813及0.8950。本文的研究结果为虫生真菌的标准化提供了方法上的参考。
Different biological and ecological characteristics,virulence,sporulation,half
germination time (GT50),rapid dis and rehydration viabilities,UV radiation viabilities,bathing
viabilities and colony growth rates of 19 strains of Beauveria bassiana were measured
respectively.The results were calculated by grey relational analysis and the optimum sequence
was built from the professional comparison of each strain's characteristics.The Bb54 strain was
determined as the type strain with highest grey relational indexes (r=09491).The different
strain's virulence titer was calculated by comparing its virulence with the type strain's and the
Bb13 strain showed the highest titer,e.g.114865,followed by Bb86 with 112516.Their grey
relational indexes,08813 and 08950 respectively were acceptable.This study can make some
contribution to settling down the criterion problems of entomopathogenic fungi preparation and
formulation.
